travel to Las Vegas for a party. They wake up next morning remembering nothing and missing the groom, whose wedding is scheduled to occur the next day.

Doug (Justin Bartha) is about to get married soon, so his friends – Phil (Bradley Cooper), a teacher , Stu (Ed Helms), a dentist , Doug and eccentric , socially amateur, Alan (Zach Galifianakis) – take him to Las Vegas for a party. Stu girlfriend (Rachael Harris) controls and calls him too often, forcing him not to tell where they are. Later it is revealed that she betrayed him with a bartender.
